Indeed, stalking is mentioned in the past tense, present tense, imperative, noun and infinitive as well, and it is frequently used in the Holy Qur’an, in When I found (Rasd) and its derivatives are few in roses, and its uses are more named. Also, stalking came in some verses of legislative provisions, and that stalking has a meaning more than the meaning of waiting, and it is the most common meaning because it falls in the commendable and unpleasant matter. This difference is essential between them, because the forces of stalking are stronger than the forces of stalking.
Israa Yaseen Hassan Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of University of Raparin http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2023-09-29 2023-09-29 10 3 26 44 10.26750/Vol(10).No(3).Paper2 A Pragmatic Study of Overstatement in Kurdish Proverbs http://journal.uor.edu.krd/index.php/JUR/article/view/1068
Language has been a communication tool from early human history up to date. It is by using this significant tool that events and traditions have remained from the forefathers of every nation. An instance of the remained treasures of history is the items of folklore, in essence, proverbs, which is the subject of the current study. Admittedly, proverbs of any language comprise numerous figures of speech. This paper entitled “A Pragmatic Study of Overstatement in Kurdish Proverbs” is an extract from an MA thesis which pragmatically investigates the trope of overstatement in Kurdish proverbs. Introducing the two items related to the topic, namely, the proverb is an item of folklore inherited by the generations of every nation from their ancestors, which mostly gives a lesson. The trope, which in the current study is to be investigated inside the Kurdish proverbs, overstatement, is said to be, as the word itself suggests, an overly stated statement. Usually what is explained is given coloring and excessive importance or it is embellished more than its normal being. The study aims to investigate the aforementioned trope in some selected proverbs of the Kurdish language from a pragmatic perspective. This is to be conducted by adopting the eclectic model of Braim (2014). In light of the results, the trope was found to be present in seven proverbs from the data provided. The trope's most recurrent pragmatic forms and functions are seen to be adverbs and emphasis. Pragmatically, it is affirmed that overstatement has implicature in every analyzed instance during the analysis of the current study.
Bekhal Latif Muhedeen Shayma Mahmud Ahmed Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of University of Raparin http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2023-09-29 2023-09-29 10 3 45 71 10.26750/Vol(10).No(3).Paper3 The level of use of e-learning in social sciences lessons in primary schools in Sulaimani from the perspective of teachers http://journal.uor.edu.krd/index.php/JUR/article/view/1069
The aim of the researchers is to determine the level of use of e-learning in social sciences lessons in primary schools in Sulaimani from the perspective of teachers for the academic year (2021-2022). In other words, Afrocentrism means African centered-ness. Afrocentrism or Afrocentricity basically focuses on Africans and places African history, heritage and culture at the heart of any analysis. One of the Afrocentric writers is Alice Childress whose texts generally center on the devastating effects of racial discrimination, sexism and classism on women of colour.

This study is principally concerned with the one-act play of Alice Childress, Wine in the Wilderness, which was written in 1964 and was first performed in 1969 in Boston, Massachusetts, as part of the series, “On Being Black”. In Wine in the Wilderness, Childress is bound by history and tradition since several references can be found in the play that considers Africa as a homeland and wellspring of strength. This paper investigates some questions such as: how does Alice Childress employ the Afrocentric value in the play? What is the purpose of Afrocentrism in the play? Who best represents Afrocentrism throughout the play? This paper delineates that Tommy, as an undereducated heroine and as a true Afrocentrist female in the play, is proud of her black culture and her blackness.
Shokhan Rasool Ahmed Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of University of Raparin http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2023-09-29 2023-09-29 10 3 98 107 10.26750/Vol(10).No(3).Paper5 Case theory in Kurdish and Arabic A comparative study http://journal.uor.edu.krd/index.php/JUR/article/view/1071
This research has been written under the title: The Grammatical Case in Kurdish and Arabic Languages: A Comparative Study. The producer of discourse requires technique, expertise and skill to convince the other person. Of course, this is done through language, so during the outbreak of the coronavirus, speakers were trying to convince people to follow convince people to follow the health guidelines. Because health discourse is directly related to the life of every individual in society, it is duty of the government and authorities to protect society and prevent the spread of any disease. Therefore, during the outbreak of this global epidemic around the world and Kurdistan, especially the discourses were devoted to the health and prevention of citizens. The importance of this study is that it highlights the process of attraction at one of the most important levels of language, the pragmatic level within the framework of function theory, which speakers constantly resort to in everyday life in order to express their meanings and intentions. This research is divided into two parts, the first part is (the force of attraction in the act of speaking), which we have explained this process theoretically, in this section we have discussed the factors affecting the force of attraction among speakers It is in the process of attractive force. The second section is entitled (Attraction at the Pragmatic Level Related to Function Theory). In this section, we have focused on these topics (Function Theory, Schools of Function Theory, Principles of Function Theory, Attraction from the Perspective of Function Theory). We have worked hard on it.

The conclusions of this study showed that the Language is a major factor in the process of attraction, and attraction is an intentional act used by the speaker for a specific purpose A number of important factors such as (psychological, religious, political, etc.) are done for the success of the process. Attraction can be used positively or negatively, attraction can be in the interest of the agent and the agent, or vice versa. The theory of the function of attraction is one of the most important functions of language, which can be used by the speaker to influence the other person. Linking words, sentences and expressions to the environment is considered a major step to create a message effect on the other person, and a point to link the process of attraction to the pragmatic level, because the environment is a basis of pragmatic principles They depend on the context of use, as task theory has also pointed out.
Darun Abdulrahman Salih Zhawaro Abbas Omar Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of University of Raparin 2023-09-29 2023-09-29 10 3 199 225 10.26750/Vol(10).No(3).Paper9 Ibrahim bin Haider Al-Haidari: (Died: 1157 AH) His Method and Opinions through his Interpretation of Surat Al-Ikhlas http://journal.uor.edu.krd/index.php/JUR/article/view/1075
This research deals with the efforts of a prominent Scientist of the Haidari family, who served Islam for nearly three hundred years, and stayed up nights in order to receive the satisfaction of Allah Almighty, they wrote many books on various sciences and fields which they left a great legacy, so if we compare their books with their lives, it is clear that they did not fulfill their age in vain. However, the application of the principle of the retroactive effect of the abolition ruling on its release may be problematic for the public interest, and this calls for the necessity of balancing both (the principle of legality and the principle of legal security) in a way that achieves the public interest without compromising the rights of individuals and their legitimate expectations. The prisoners have different characteristics and personalities from individuals outside prisons due to the nature of life and dealings inside prisons. Having stress could reflect negatively on the counsellor’s work and professional performance, which may raise the possibility of exposure to psychological pressure and loss of interest in work in general, this case may consider one of the indicators of psychological combustion. The current research aims to identify the relationship between psychological resilience and burnout among psychosocial counsellors in the Kurdistan Region prisons, the research sample was 100 counsellors, (78 males and 22 females). To measure psychological resilience Holling scale (1996) developed by Maltby (2016) that included three dimensions was used. Maslach’s (1981) scale, which included three dimensions, was used to measure burnout. To analyze the data, mean, standard deviation, Cronbach alpha, one- and two-way t-test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient was used. The results show that psychosocial counsellors have high levels of psychological resilience. However, they recorded low levels of psychological burnout. In addition, resilience and burnout significantly correlated negatively. There are insignificant differences in psychological resilience depending on gender. Yet, females recorded higher levels in the field of Emotional exhaustion for burnout than males, while the differences between males and females on depersonalization, and personal accomplishment components were insignificant.
Karmand Aziz Ali Izaddin Ahmad Aziz Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of University of Raparin http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2023-09-29 2023-09-29 10 3 651 679 10.26750/Vol(10).No(3).Paper29 The Kurdish Armed Struggle in Turkey and the Scope of International Law http://journal.uor.edu.krd/index.php/JUR/article/view/1095
The Kurdish issue is one of the complex issues in the Middle East region that has along bloody history. Although the issue is originally related to the sovereignty of the Kurds over their historical land, the geopolitical changes has transformed it into the question of identity and group rights in the states into which they are divided. Turkey is one of the region’s new states where the majority of Kurds reside in today but the state denies their distinct ethnic identity in its constitution and laws and they have consequently been deprived of all collective civil and political rights in the form of democratic autonomy. Meanwhile, the Kurds have a distinct historical tradition, cultural homogeneity, linguistic unity and territorial connection which ultimately make them qualify as a people and according to modern international law, all peoples have the right to self-determination at least in an internal context. In contrast to the state denial and tyrannical policy, the Kurds have not kept their silence but resisted the state. In their resistance, they have tried to resort to peaceful means in the form of demands and agreements and in contemporary times through political and civil parties and organizations but the state has not and does not allow such a movement. This article attempts to illustrate the origins of the issues which are rights and freedoms of the Kurds on the bases of a discriptive analytical method, alongside the recognition of the Kurdish struggle in Turkey as terrorism by the international community under the influence of Turkish media and diplomacy.
Rebaz R. Water balance refers to the contribution of rainfall, temperature, evaporation, and impact on surface and groundwater in each region. In this research, an analytical and descriptive method was used to analyse the climate data used at Dukan climate station to determine the total amount of water between (2000-2022), which reached (1714.6 mm) For nine (9) months of the year, we have a shortage of water; only three (3) months have surpluses of water, which reached 130.1 mm. To prove whether the evaporation taken from Dukan climate station is the true evaporation of the water balance in the study area, we used the Thornthwaite equation to find out the true water balance based on temperature and annual rainfall for the same period. The results showed that the area had a water shortage of (1287.3 mm) for six (6) months and a surplus of (390.5 mm) for six (6) months. At the same time, the total evaporation, or evapotranspiration, reached (1461.9 mm). Based on the water balance equation, using scientific resources, and showing the relationship between precipitation and evaporation, the research concluded that the water balance varies from year to year depending on the amount of rainfall in the study area, but in general there is a water shortage in the study area during the year, and the highest water shortage in the region is in the summer months.
Taha Ahmad karim Pshtiwan Ali Mohammed Mohammed Qadir Rassul Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of University of Raparin http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2023-09-29 2023-09-29 10 3 840 865 10.26750/Vol(10).No(3).Paper36 Deconstructing History of the Lie According to Jacques Derrida http://journal.uor.edu.krd/index.php/JUR/article/view/1101
Lying, which is the product of reason, is an ancient human phenomenon and one of man's evils. The act of lying is the act of saying. This saying is a vague concept in the history of philosophy and contains various questions. Philosophical questions about lying include other concepts (eg, error, non-lying, truth, non-truth, veracity, deception, mislead, etc.). Since telling the truth is under threat in the new society and the increase in lying has affected the truth, this has made the truth itself questionable. Therefore, the narrative of lying history cannot be neutral unless all anti-lie concepts are explained in it. In this study, the focus will be on the deconstructing the history of lying, which is itself full of lies. This makes writing a lie history difficult.

Hence we come to say that when Jacques Derrida (1930-2004) in his book established a genealogy of History of the Lie deconstructing the concept of lying and rewriting its history becomes a basis for understanding: lie and error, of lie and justification, of lies and bad Intention, of of truth and good intention, of lie and intention, of lie and interest. Therefore, we treat the book " History of the Lie" as a book of deconstructing writing about the meaning of lying. Thus, this research relates to Derrida's deconstructive way of analyzing the history of the lie. This way of research will appear when we work on the concept of lie and its similar concepts and we automatically plunge into the history of lie and dismantling that history. Because many factors in this history have influenced the production of lie, this causes the history of lie to change according to cultures and civilizations, and each culture and civilization has its own history of lie.
Azad Hama Abdulla Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of University of Raparin http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2023-09-29 2023-09-29 10 3 866 891 10.26750/Vol(10).No(3).Paper37 Natural environment effect on the land uses in Siktan sub-district using the Weighted Overlay Method http://journal.uor.edu.krd/index.php/JUR/article/view/1104
The article emphasizes the importance of identifying land uses and studying the natural environment as a critical stage in land use planning. and thus determining the most appropriate sites for the most appropriate uses to make good use of the, the study specifically examines the natural environment's characteristics in the Sktan district, including its geology, topography, climate, soil, hydrology, natural vegetation, geomorphology, erosion, phenomena, and slope), because each of these phenomena has an impact on land use, furthermore, the article presents the Weighted Overlay model as a useful tool for generating land use maps and determining appropriate land use types.
Jwanro A. This study aims to demonstrate these two notions and how they function in the novel. Most of the events which take place in Marry Shelley’s Frankenstein are related to illusion and reality. The characters are planning for a specific result and the structure of their plans seems to be something, but in reality, their plans become something different as they are based on illusions. Although this notion is mostly related to the protagonist of the novel, Victor Frankenstein and his creature, the Monster, it has reflected in the perception of other characters as well, like Robert Walton’s journey to North Pole, people’s concern over the Monster, the Monster’s perception to DeLacey family, the readers' perception of Alphonse Family and Justine Moritz’s idea about her sins. The analysis of this study focuses on the illusion of these characters as they believe in their truth, a seeming reality, a fabricated truth and their incapability to distinguish reality from illusion which leads to their downfall because they refuse the reality of their lives.
Samal Marf Mohammed Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of University of Raparin 2023-09-29 2023-09-29 10 3 941 953 10.26750/Vol(10).No(3).Paper40
