Author Guidelines
How to prepare and submit a manuscript.
Before You Submit
Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. By submitting, the corresponding author confirms that all named authors have approved the submission and agree to be accountable for the work.
Preparing Your Manuscript
- Submit the main text as a Word document or PDF.
- Include a title, an abstract of no more than 300 words, and 3–6 keywords.
- Remove all identifying information from the manuscript file: the review is double-anonymous.
- Provide full names, affiliations and email addresses for every author at submission.
- An ORCID iD is strongly encouraged for each author.
References
State the required citation style and give one worked example.
The Submission Process
- Create an account and complete the submission form.
- The editor carries out an initial check for scope and completeness.
- Suitable manuscripts are sent to at least two independent reviewers.
- You will receive the editorial decision together with the reviewer comments.
- If revisions are requested, you will upload a revised manuscript together with a point-by-point response to each reviewer.
After Acceptance
Accepted articles are assigned to an issue, given page numbers and a DOI, and published open access.
