Sarwat Naamat Salih, Ahmed Mohammeed Rasheed Meera
This Research is titled "The Dimension of Conflict and Contradiction of Thinking in the Poetic Experience of Hamdi Sahebqran" and is dedicated to discussing a different and specific dimension in the history of Kurdish literature in the twentieth century؛ in particular, it presents a different and interesting dimension in the poetic experience of Hamdi Sahib Bakran, according to the historical method, and we can say that it is relatively new and less researched. In particular, it is to show the positive and negative images that the poet has created in his poems about the power and rule of Sheikh Mahmud, the British, and the political and social situation of the Kurdish community in southern Kurdistan at that time. It is a contradiction to the writing that preceded it and requires careful and in-depth critical reading to identify these fine lines. Reading the Diwan of Hamdi al-Sahib al-Bakran, we are faced with two types of opposing and contradictory ideas: one is to describe and praise a specific political authority of his time and praise his experience, and the other type is to oppose and oppose that political experience, and to look down on its leaders and officials and to question the entire history of that political experience. He also confronted and confronted the political and religious class of his time and revealed their shortcomings and shames without hesitation and ignored the dangers that these poems pose to his life.
Volume 12 · Issue 1 · February 2025Dramatic Narration in Hotel Europe Novel
Najim Khalid Najmadeen
Novel is one of the narrative literary genres that are most open to other literary and artistic ones. So, we see that there is a strong interaction between the novel and the play, because they are two narrative literary genres that are united by common elements such as (dialogue, event, movement, and conflict). Nevertheless, the novel has maintained its limits. It did not, with all its characteristics, turn into a theatrical text intended for performance. That is, it kept for itself distinct characteristics that express its identity, which separates it from the full dramatic text. Henry James was under the strong influence of the theatre, so he called the writers of the novel to dramatize their novels by ridding them of the dominance of the knowledgeable narrator, and heading towards the hidden narrator. They express themselves far from his presence. According to this vision, our understanding and reading of the novel (Hotel Europe) by the Kurdish novelist, Farhad Pirbal, as well as according to the mechanisms of the dramatic novel, we find this novel to be a dramatic novel, with all its elements and its narration structure having all the elements of that novel, and that its writer has consciously treated it to be a fictional text. Dramatically, not only in its artistic elements (the narrator, the character, and the event) that we made as material for our research, the novelist has also transformed, consciously, the mentality of some of its characters, especially: the character of the focal point into a theater for the events of the past and the present through flashback and monologue techniques.

Ahmed Mahmood Ahmed, Amira Aziz Qadir
This study works on reinforcing the idea of overcoming "secondary discrepancies" that occur when interpreting religious texts. It emphasizes the need to establish a common view that categorizes the Islamic values over differences, promoting a dedicated obedience to these principles while steering clear of peripheral debates. These distinctions could incite conflict among Muslims and jeopardize the stability and cohesiveness of society. Furthermore, utilizing religious issues and societal needs for political advantage and party interests, without proper respect for the Association of Muslim Scholars and decision-making bodies, compounds these challenges.
