The Role of the Movement Is Hidden from Establishing the Position in Arabic Grammar

The echo of the grammatical melody continued in the recitation of the Almighty’s saying: “God is innocent of the polytheists and His Messenger” [al-Tawbah: 3] They restricted grammar to knowledge of the movement of the end of words, and the care of movements remained their preoccupation and the focus of their attention until they determined the function of a word in the text and its significance with the type of movement that appears at the end of that word, and this is the correctness in most of the structures of Arabic speech, But this interest turned away from its goal, and became a sign of the grammarians’ ingenuity in presenting interpretations and narrating opinions in the explanation and explaining the reason for the movement of some of the structures mentioned in the speech of the Arabs, but it was sometimes tainted by the distance from the spirit of language and strangeness in mentioning interpretations and arbitrariness in reasoning, as the Arabic language whale A group of words that diminished the role of the movement in approving its function due to the specificity of those words, and there is no doubt in that. On the contrary, as the opposite of logic is that defining the function is complicated by the type of movement; And how not? And functions more than the three inflectional movements. We have observed issues in Arabic grammar that occupied a wide area of the attention of the early grammarians, so they made a great effort in extracting and interpreting them and showed proficiency and mastery in listing the permissible and potential faces for each issue. There is a star in it that urged us to reconsider many interpretations, interpretations and conclusions that we think are far from the spirit of the language and the purpose of the speaker. We also noted the shortcomings of the movement's role in defining the function in most of the issues that witnessed a plurality of the movement and the same function. In the following pages, we will present some of them in three sections: the first: the variation in the action of letters and the compatibility of meaning, the second: the implementation and cancellation of letters and the meaning is one, and the third: the change of movement and the stability of meaning.

This research aims to identify the social, economic, health, psychological, educational and housing problems of the displaced woman. The method used in this research is the analytical method. And its importance is reflected in the knowledge of social problems, in addition to the fact that it is a scientific increase in sociology libraries. Several theories were used, including the functional constructivist theory, which focuses on concepts such as, stability, cohesion, cooperation, and solidarity, and that the parts of society at the two jobs consist of school, family, security, religion, law, and that the negative impact of the family is manifested in certain circumstances. Perhaps the most severe conditions of war and internal and external conflicts. And the theory of social conflict in Karl Marx, who believes that all phenomena arise at the economic level in society, and determines the nature of society as a whole. And his political organization.From the perspective of the Holy Qur’an, it came with a set of laws and legislations, for the sake of humanity and in order that a person does not betray his fellow human being. After identifying the social problems of the displaced women in the host community by relying on definitions and theoretical directions, this research reached the most important results: A displaced woman is a person who left her original country without her will for fear of exploitation. Marx and Durkheim define that all social problems may be due to the presence of cause and effect , and that the problem of displaced women, based on the opinions of the two scholars, may be due to political conflicts and the result of displacement, then the displaced women are exposed to social problems of all kinds. According to the statistics conducted in the Kurdistan Region in (2018), unemployment rates were calculated at (9%) for citizens of the region, especially exposure of displaced women to unemployment in the host community. At the end of the research, the researchers presented some recommendations and suggestions that may be useful in addressing the problems of the displaced in the future.

This paper tries to answer a main question: what is critics and criticism? It is obvious that Kant’s philosophy marked by “Criticism” which is defined as a philosophical turn in the history of philosophy. In Kant’s philosophy critic is not just a title of his three main books, but it is his way of look at philosophy and the role of philosopher. In other words, the main task of philosophy and philosophizing, it is not defending or interpreting a single philosophical perspective, but it is to judge and criticize all kinds of philosophical enquires. This mean that since Kant’s approach, philosophical inquiry has taken another direction: toward the critic of philosophical subjects. Philosophy have to start with critic of reason and its scope. And reason alone is in charge of criticizing. In other words, reason is the suspicious guilty one and the defender in the court of reason.
