Religious Tourism and Its Jurisprudential Impact on the Employment of Non-Muslim Labor

This research، which its title is ‘’Religious Tourism and its influence on the employment of non-muslim workers’’، provides a rigorous jurisprudential-based analysis of the legal and ethical challenges posed by the participation of non-Muslims in the religious tourism sector. The research begins by establishing the theoretical and terminological foundations of religious tourism and defining them both linguistically and technically، differentiating between the employment concepts of (labour) and authority of (States)، which have prominent impacts in Islamic jurisprudence. The study continues by presenting the primary forms of religious tourism and their distinct characteristics. It then shifts to investigate Islamic legal rulings about the employment of non-Muslims there، with particular emphasis on their participation in establishing and managing facilities which relates to the religious tourism. The study determines three key areas of joining in which are administrative responsibility، technical and planning contributions، and financial activities. Finally، the study suggests a set of guidelines of Shariah-compliant which manages the employment of non-Muslim workers in religious tourism. These guidelines intend to protect the sanctity and privacy of religious sites meanwhile availing of the experienced experts’ skills. The study tries to provide a balanced legal framework which promotes Islamic values، improve the public interest، and afford a practical direction for decision-makers in the tourism sector.
