With the development of civilizations, progress and expansion of societies, rapid technological advances, sudden advances, the manifestations of the capitalist system in most societies and the privatization of various sectors of society, including education, brought about quantitative and qualitative changes It was the emergence of another mode of education, that of private education in non-governmental schools. This new phenomenon brought about a number of social phenomena, which are important from a sociological point of view. As a scientific and professional effort in this research, the researcher aims to show the role of non-governmental schools in the production of social hierarchy, as well as to know the extent of impact of non-governmental schools on society. Non-governmental schools play a role in social class discrimination because there are no equal opportunities for students from different classes. Those who have more educational opportunities are upper class students rather than low-income students Private schools have a high level of education because they provide a healthy environment, which is due to the fact that education in these schools is paid for. Therefore, they have to provide a healthy environment.
