Abstract

After the end of the process of conquering Kurds inhabitant cities and regions, and their being part of the Islamic state, they were run by the governors, leaders and Islamic Caliphate authoritative, that most of them were Arabs. One of the new features of the new situations in these regions was that a great number of tribes, clans and families who were affiliated to different Arab tribes, were settled in these regions. Specifically, those who were fighters and came during the conquering period based on the Islamic Sharia. The conquered lands were recognized as their own legitimate lands. It seems that despite this reason, there are many other economic, social, political, tribal, factors that played their own role in the process of inhabitation, which has been explained in details based on the contexts and examples mentioned in the resources This research is assigned to talk about those Arab tribes and families who were inhabited in the Kurds residential regions from the beginning of Islamic conquer to the end of Amawi period, this has been fairly explained in detail according to existing data to categorize their identity and residential places.
