As a scale in the framework of optimality، sonorant lists constraint and inserts candidates in input into the phonological processes so that the best candidate succeeds to output. This process directly affects the degree of opening, closing and abstractions of the airway, all of these processes occur at the deep level and then uttered at the top level.
