Educational Leadership Behavior Among Heads of Departments in The Universities of Kurdistan Region/ Iraq

Abstract

The research aimed to Constructing Leadership behavior Scale of head of departments in the Universities in Kurdistan region- Iraq, and measuring leadership behavior among them, And finding statistical differences in the level of it according to the Variable: gender, Specialization and Workplace. The population of the research Consisted of (327) heads of department Collected from (5) Universities (Salahaddin/ arbil- Sulamani, Duhok, Soran, Raparin) The Sample selected from (250) head of departments, The researcher Constructed Scale at (43) items, And find out validly, Relibitty of scale by Using (T. test, of two independent variables, Wilcoxon, Mann-Whitney, Kruskal, seheffe test, chi square, person, spearman, Guttmann, Cranach's- alpha, Anora), Results show the head of departments have by leadership behavior, there are statistically differences on it by Specialization and no Statistically differences according gender and Workplace.
