Presenting The Model of New Changes in The Architectural Form and Plan of Rural Houses

Abstract

          Housing is one of the first human needs. In the process of development and rural planning, attention to housing and its quality is at the top of development plans. The category of rural housing also changes over time, like other areas of planning. While the living conditions of rural families, lifestyles, etc. have changed compared to the past, housing architecture with the same old patterns cannot meet the needs of the present age. And it should change based on the current needs of the plan and architectural style of the housing. In the design of housing plans, secondary and public uses during rural renovation, the elements of identity should be recreated. In the current research, which is conducted by field method and descriptive analytical research, after the complete study of current masterplan, the architectural plan of Saqoz villages in Kurdistan province has been analyzed and investigated. Using the opinion of experts in the reconstruction of identity architecture, the necessary review for has been done, and finallysuitable and optimal plans for ten households proposed by asking people’s opinions. The results of the research show that the existing plans, besides not meeting some of the residents’ needs, have not fully implemented the elements of rural life. In the recreated plans, an attempt has been made to eliminate these defects.
