Problems of people with special needs and their families from the viewpoint of workers in social care centers

The aim of the research is to identify the problems of people with special health, social, psychological, educational and family needs from the viewpoint of workers in social care centers, and the significance of differences in them according to the gender variable. The sample consisted of (94) people of both sexes who were chosen randomly from among the workers in the social care centers in the city of Dohuk in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq. Those who applied the scale that was prepared, consisting of (35) items distributed over five areas, and in front of each paragraph three alternatives to answer. The data were processed statistically using the weighted mean, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. The results showed that people with special needs and their families have problems in several domains, in order: (the psychological domain, the family domain, the health domain, the social domain, and the educational domain). In light of the results, a set of recommendations and proposals were presented.

Teaching conversational skill in the Arabic language department at Raparin University, problems and solutions

This research, which is part of my master's thesis, aims to clarify the linguistic problems (grammar, morphology and sound) in the process of teaching conversational skill in the Department of Arabic Language at Raparin University, with proposing solutions that the researcher thinks are likely to solve those problems, and the researcher's work To know these problems by teaching the speaking skill for a full academic year (2021-2022 AD) and using two study tools, namely: the oral test card and the questionnaire), accompanied by the subject’s professor (Twana Qader Saber Al-Khalkani).
