Quality Assurance Criteria Relationship with Classroom Performance of the Teachers Raparin University from the Perspective Students

The aims of this research is to measure the level of quality assurance, classroom performance of the teachers Raparin university from the perspective of students and Knowledge of the role of gender, stage variables on the results of the research and show the relationship Quality assurance of classroom performance of the teachers Raparin university from the perspective of students. in this research used the researcher descriptive survey methods of social for example, for this purpose, researcher used the scale (Majid, 2015) for the quality assurance criteria which consists of (28) items that have three dimensions (academic skills, evaluation skills, competence skills), measures (Zaqut, 2013) for the classroom performance which consists of (26) items. After extracting the psychosociometric characteristics (contract validity and internal consistency), which was divided into the research sample of (316) students, (128) male students, and (188) female students. They were selected at simple random, using statistical factors (t.Test).For two independent samples , mean, and the person correlation coefficient, the results were as follows: academic skills, evaluation skills and competence skills of teachers Raparin University is at a high level perspective of students, and in general quality assurance criteria a high level perspective of students, There is no difference between gender and stage variables, There is also a strong direct statistical relationship between the total dimensions of the quality assurance criteria and classroom performance.

One of the most important reasons for communities developing is the educational system. It has a direct impact on all other aspects of life, which is why it is so important for advanced communities, because success in education leads to success in other aspects of living. Pzhadar is an isolated location. It is in the region's order. Many of it residents were illiterate due to the lack of schools in the area, with the exception of few religious educational systems that were served at random. However, after the revolution of July 14, 1958, which changed the country's political system from a monarchy to a republic, education progressed, while much religious schooling was stopped. Pshdar was always an excellent place for partisans. As a result, all Iraqi governments have been an obstacle to the growth of the educational field. Furthermore, until 1989, the sector was growing year after year. This development reduced the number of uneducated people. This progress caused the community to take a step ahead, eliminating the regress of previous years. Even the girls went to schools and stepped into a new world, and as a result, many scholarly and educated people grew up in the area.

The process of life is linked to continuity and survival among all the organisms, and human being in nature are the most intelligent living organism unlike all other organisms in the sense that he is a social being since he desires to live in civilized life. By civilized life we mean a life where all individuals live in society for the sake of fulfilling the diverse needs they are unable to fulfill by themselves, because survival and continuity is not uneasy task since they constantly changing and increasing, so the members of a given society have to take the responsibility for achieving each other’s needs. The concept of education in the human society is said to be more different and extensive than other living things is because this process consists of developing mature members for the society, so that they can take the responsibility placed on them by that the society. The function of education is to determine the most appropriate methods, which are represented by the educational thinking of the thinkers and philosophers who organize the process of education and its suitability in a way that is compatible with all times, environment and. Pragmatism is considered as one of the approaches that has a great role in solving problems taking place among communities, so that education becomes a tool for solving problems associated with the human social live.
